Very frustrating - despite my best efforts of eating right and working out harder, I am exactly the same weight and percentages as I was a week ago. I'm not giving up - it's just very frustrating to see no improvement.

don't forget that if you are working out you are building muscle and that weighs more than fat - you may be gaining muscle that will help with your weight loss

There are successes that simply can't be measured. Eating healthy for a week is a success in and of itself no matter what the scale says!

Maybe your body is telling you your your current weight is where you should be. As we get older we usual are a little thicker.

Thanks everyone for your input and advice and encouragement. I will stay the course. I did a "real weight test" a month or so ago on a weight loss Dr's website that said my "true weight" (meaning the weight my body wants to be) is 123. Although my goal is 118 I would be ok with a fit 123. Thanks again!!
