another two bite the dust...! Love.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1385 kcal Fat: 105.82g | Prot: 84.28g | Carb: 14.90g.   Breakfast: eggland's best eggs, Sausage Patty, coffee (8oz) black, water (8-10 AM). Dinner: water (4-6), i can't believe it's not butter, marie's blue cheese, (1 tbsp), garden salad, Parmesan Cheese (Low Sodium), cauliflower, Chicken Meat and Skin (Roasting). more...
