where the heck is everyone??? long day yesterday - but did well food wise. missing the gym - but will get there, sooner or later. doing a few extras around the house to try to hold some ground. kinda feel like a "shut in" being home w/ mom - and came here a number of times yesterday w/ 5 minutes to spare, and very little activity. hope everyone is doing well, - maybe ya'll just have a much busier life than me :))) will weigh in tomorrow - feel good about that. hoping stress / and my "friend" don't interfere with my week's progress. well, have a great day BC'ers - hope to see you all back online soon.

I was wondering the same thing, where is everyone and where is the activity? Maybe we all are getting late spring fever? But then again I've been busy with work and overtime but I still don't feel the day is complete unless I come on this site, thank goodness I don't have computer problems lately (shhhh don't want the computer to overhear be and decide to act up!) Hope you, your mom & family are doing well. I can't tell you how much I admire your dedication with your mom. It must be stressful, but if it is like with my mom, I feel stressed out, then she will smile or say something silly to me and we will both laugh and hug each other. take care today and everyday! thanks, Joyce - your love and support has truly been a help! I am still trying in regards to my food - unable to really get it right yet. (so I can relate to your frustration). Working on doing what I suggested to you - building my meal plans for the next few days, then my grocery list - as I have to go shopping today...out of almost everything! (I think I mentioned somewhere - my men couldn't find their way to the grocery store...I think they think it's hidden!) Trying to work in snacks...and still no hunger whatsoever...so it's hard. I usually forget. And I am so busy w/ my mom, before I know it - it is the next meal time and NO SNACK was eaten. Yikes....but I am working on it.
