Well another productive day at the gym! Had a great arms and abs workout and managed to only eat about 2100 calories today. I mowed my yard which was my cardio for the day considering I push mow almost 1/2 an acre. Tomorrow is supposed to be a day off from the gym, but I am not sure I will take it. I am going to the Indianapolis Zoo with the family and hope to get in to the gym for another cardio workout! I am almost 1/2 way through may and have only lost 1.5 lbs of the 10 of the challenge I am in. Time to buckle down and get these last 22lbs gone! Hope everyone has a great weeekend!
