well I am back - am not as determined as I feel I should be but perhaps as I begin to loose again that will change.
Get discouraged as have a lapband now and so eating meat is SO difficult. One mouthful and I am gagging. Can eat all the bad foods though!
Maybe I should try tofu??? ahhhhh...... tummy heaves at the thought!

You poor thing. Have you tried grinding up that meat? Maybe fish? Shrimp is always good.

I have a lapband as well. I have been eating pretty normal but now I'm focusing on what the band needs. I can't eat pork chops, steak or any bread. This week I bought other things to focus on protein as I've just been eating sugary carbs. I bought cottage cheese, greek yogurt, protein powder, cheese strings, cashew butter, almonds. If I'm gonna have meat I'm gonna eat more chicken and fish as it goes down easier.
