I am excited about my Lipid Panel "Cholesterol Test Results" When I started Atkins my total cholesterol was 189 now it's 141. My tryglicerides were 205 now it's 54. That drop is crazy. My HDL was 58 now it's 79. My LDL was 90 now it is 51. My VLDL was 41 now it is 11. My risk ratio was 3.3 it is now 1.8. I am very pleased. I know the combination of my overall diet change together with to taking of OTC Niacin has really made a big difference. I noticed that the Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar records the net carbs as 12 when actually it is 2. I'll need to remember to change it to 2 when I record it in my diary.
Next goals are to increase excercise for toning and cardio. My calorie burniing is good for my overall daily activity but I want to do some targeted training.
I like the changes in my body.
