it's crazy how anxious I am getting now.
I have put in 100% for 8 weeks, didn't slip on diet. exercise level was through the roof.
i really hope that I can get some better numbers. single digit body fat would be beautiful, viseral fat from 3 to 2 would be nice. and overall heath score above 90 would be sweet. won't beat myself up if nothing changes on paper as I'm confident the before and after pics will show the work IV put in.
afew really long anxious days ahead hahaha
