Ok, so today my weight was down ever so slightly for the first time in 11 days...AND I'm bloated from TOM; the first I've had in three years. Hopefully, in the next couple of days I will see a more significant loss. Today I am going to take a nap when I get home and then force myself to exercise even if I do feel like crap.

ahh..I hate the bloated feeling. Rock your work out tonight. Ever notice that the satisfaction you get from working out when you REALLY didn't want to, is the best satisfaction...ever!

You will feel so much better at least mentally after you work out. I think it's the sense of accomplishment that gives you a boost.

Ever wonder if every guy out there named Thomas, feels intimidated when we females are commenting about the downers of TOM? Always makes me chuckle inwardly... :)
