It's not the 'proper' way to re-motivate yourself...but after too many indulgences - sticking to a clean way of eating and starting to get results in the loss dept...WOW, what a motivation. Perhaps there is something to the re-feed or 'cheat' day theories. I didn't do these things with intention, and I am now on week 4 of turning this ship around....and I am GRATEFUL, THANKFUL and INSPIRED to keep going!

I feel it... more energy, an overall reduction in the bloat or 'rolls' dept's ;) Just working on remaining focused and getting back under the 145 mark. Once there...it's just a matter of time to get back to the 140 mark. And I am encouraged this can be accomplished by the end of October in time for my anniversary (which is my major goal.)

Even hubby commented on a noticed change from vacation in early July til now...are you losing weight again? You look great! (thanks honey...you always make me feel beautiful!!!) (he'll never see this, but I am thankful nonetheless!)

Hope you are all doing well. One day, two days...one week, back to back, starting to move, starting to see momentum...rinse and repeat!!

It worked before, and it's working again!!!

Much Love.

Good for you - isn't it a relief to see results when we know we are working at it? Happy for you.

So pleased you are seeing result.... You also seem a lot calmer and more positive now - which I am sure is a contributory factor,to the weight loss success you are having now :-)

you know Skinny - in retrospect, the last two years...have been an unbelieveable personal journey for me. Filled with enormous stresses - but enormous victories! I have had maritial problems that nearly took me out at the knees...not to mention all of my mom's health issues, and eventual loss. These past two years have had their good points as well. But I do feel I am starting to breathe again. I am sure it is a contributing factor. ;) Much Love.

Buffy - I just meant...alot of people don't like using the 'scale' as a primary motivation - and neither do I - really. But sure does give you a little boost in the mojo dept when it starts to go in the direction you are working so hard at seeing some result. ;) Much Love.
