Day 2 of 65! Good Sunday morning one and all. I had a very good day yesterday and I would rate my eating at about a 7. My mood was about a 5.5 which is very good. So let's see what did I do... Well I wanted to go for a bike ride and with the help of my roomate we fixed my bike just enough that I could ride it. So spent an hour on my bike and rode out to the mall. It's about a 9 mile round trip. Felt great! Did a little shopping. Came home for alittle while then hopped the bus and went and seen my mom. I must say that I am grateful for my mom in so many ways. I have gotten myself in some financial trouble and she is once again going to bail me out. This act alone I believe will decrease my stress level greatly. The only draw back is that I ate dinner late and paid for it. I also had a reality check of how much I have truly been eating because after dinner I wanted more. Fighting the urge to munch was hard! Very, very hard. Now I have to find something light that I can have as an evening snack before I go to bed. My one idea was to by some chocolate almond milk and have a glass of it before bed to see if that helps. It's something to work on. After all it is all a work in progress. For today, I have several things to do this morning, stuff like laundry, grocery shopping for food that fits into my plan, hosework and getting things ready for work tomorrow. Then this afternoon I am going out with one of my best friends. She will be picking me up late afternoon, we'll probably be going shopping and then to see her mom out of town. I am excited to see her, and the really good thing is that she is also "dieting" and has to watch what she eats too. I am so proud of her because she has lost some weight already! Although the funny thing is she said it was 16lbs but looks like way more then that. She is a big beautiful lady, who really does carry her weight well. So I am aiming for another good day. I wish all my buddies the same. MUCH LOVE & RESPECT to my buddies.
