I was surprised to see that I lost more weight. I did a lot of walking yesterday which may have helped.I am craving sweets which has been hard to overcome. By eating the sugar free jello, it seems to take away the craving though.
218.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
