Good Morning all. It has been one month since weighing myself. I will call this small bump up a win. I expected it to be a bigger bump, so I'm happy it is what it is.

Looking at increasing activity soon by doing pool work. I need to make it a priority, plus find the time and motivation in the morning to go.

it must be just water retention, it's why I am weighing myself every single day, I find it more accurate, because one day I lose weight the next one I am up 2-5 pounds , and that works for me . Keep fighting, making little changes every day your extra pounds will come off 😀
