OH! OH! OH!
I had started feeling good, so I exercised. (Exercise = walking) Now I hurt!

OK, the cramping in my gut has returned to its usual dull roar. Today is the first full day of a twenty-one day fast. I finally found a naturopath I can trust. We had our second visit yesterday. Before I asked, he recommended keto! He is on board with fasting and set me up with nutritional supplements and guidelines. He will monitor me regularly. By the simplest of calculations, my fat reserves can feed me for at least four months. (I had previously calculated eight months for a slightly higher percentage of fat, but misplaced that formula.) Three weeks looks entirely possible for the detox time frame he suggested. My last meal was 11 am yesterday, and my blood ketones this morning were 1.0 mm.

Cancer loves sugar and hates oxygen. This morning's walk affected both. The monster in my gut tried to fight back, but it shall lose this battle!
