Considering all of the bad things I've managed to eat in the last week due to the fair I've stayed the same weight! Yay for not gaining!! I didn't eat off of the things I wanted simply because it just wasn't worth it. I narrowed it down to a few things I really wanted and then shared them with the hubby, that helped keep my calories down. Now that we're not going to the fair anymore, I'm finally having touchdowns ;) and not feeling as bad as I did it's time to start eating better again.

And more exercise. I was feeling the last few weeks so I wasn't exercising. Now I need to start again. I think I'm going to start 30 day shred again. Once I get down with that I want to start running. Well I'll be walking/running first so I don't kill myself :) I've got my program all mapped out. I start mostly walking and then every week lower my walking time and increase my running time by a minute or two. Once I can run for 30 minutes I'll work on running faster.

I'm ready to be below 200 pounds. I got 27 more pounds to go until I'm in 1der land. My hubby is ready to be below 300. He's currently stalled/gaining at around 350 because he's eating to much junk at the fair (I tried to tell him but he wouldn't listen)....

I can't even remember the last time I was below 200. Middle school probably (sad isn't it?). Hubby says he can't remember the last time he was in the 200's. More exercise and less junk!
