Need a guarantee? Write down everything you eat (counting calories), keep the daily caloric intake at or below the daily goal, drink 96 to 128 ounces of water (eight 16 ounce glasses) every day, drink a jug of low calorie G2 every day or two (keeps the elecrolyte level up). This is GUARANTEED to take the weight off (you must have a caloric intake goal that removes 1000 calories a day from how many calories it takes to maintain your goal weight - 12 calories per pound for males and 11 calories per pound for females).
