Ended the liquid fast at 58.8 hours with some Chinese food that my mom brought back home (chow mein to be specific) and I do feel a little bloated but it'll go down over time, I'm just curious to see how much of my weight loss will stay after this liquid fast. I'm also wondering if I should do this more often or not, because I felt great during it but I also know that my body might not appreciate it over time.
