I will be interviewed on a podcast with my health and weight loss coach this Tuesday. Choosing a photo for this is kinda challenging. But, this is the one I submitted. I wanted a good before and after, because I know when I started listening to the podcasts, I loved to listen to the ones that had profound before and after pics. I don't know that mine looks all that profound, but hopefully it will work.
