Not a good week for me. Yo yo from day to day too much. Looking forward to a better week. Have a nice weekend everyone.
193.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Plus, tomorrow will be a challenge. Going to the casino and their buffet. Will stick to their shrimp. Actually passing up the dessert section is getting easier.
