Fishingwidow's Journal, 10 August 2018

Have had a roller coaster week. Was up over 2 lbs, then down a little and up and down. So I need to get back on track again. Had a few evenings where I was hungry. And I wanted to do some yoga exercise but didn't. Got to stop the procrasinating. Ticks me off. 😖. Well looking to have a good week and show some results by my next weigh in next Friday.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
