This week....well, 3 days of heavy winds and rain....no walking.
I did not lose any weight this week because lack of exercise and to much over indulging.
My daily calorie intake stayed under 1800 but still I ate candy...,
peanuts....To much sugar and fats. My weight and waist stayed the same as last week. So, here comes Monday a new week....I will do my very best to stay eating healthy and will keep check of my calorie count. 20lbs so far....and looking forward to 5 more to make my first goal.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
