Unofficial weight this morning: 78.1 kg I will have an official weigh-in again on Friday.

Crossfit class today:

EMOTM 30:

5 Hang power cleans

30 m Sled push/pull

50 Double unders (or practice)

I didn't count my rounds during the time.

Fasting my dear Kimmy321. It's only water weight anyways, from having too much carbs over the weekend.

Today is supposed to be my fast day of only 500 calories but doesn't look like that is happening... I prefer to fast when I only have a cardio class at gym coz then I am not hungry after gym.

Cool. I'm back on my one meal a day fasting. I only eat once a day & that's dinner. & go to CF class 3 x a week.

Is that every day or only certain days that you only have one meal?

During the week I only have one meal a day, with office birthday exceptions, & on weekends I do 16:8 IF.

Gosh I wish I could only go with one meal a day but by lunch time I am starving.

Just remember that hunger comes in waves... It doesn't get worse & worse. It goes away eventually.
