Ok well it's saturday I slacked the entire week all because I overdid it last saturday so I could barely walk all week. I know I know still no excuse. So here it is Saturday an entire week "sigh". I will not harp on it and no more excuses!!! I didn't gain anything or lose and my eating has been really good. My waist is the biggest problem so I need to kick it up with the cardio I think and I need to pay more attention to holding it in while I exercise. so that is the goal of the week. more intense cardio. I have a new love of green beans and egg whites this week. :)

Oh almost forgot. I tried on close and I am a size 9 YAY in the junior department.. although I still have the muffin top..YUK and finding a cool shirt to cover it was a little hard to do.. I am so tired of looking for clothes based on what it can hide. I would like to fit back into a 3..

I am still shocked when I see and realize I am over 160 pounds it's just weird and considering my basically healthy lifestyle it sometimes doesn't make sense to me. one thing that discouraged me a little bit was a know it all trainer at the gym says to me (when I told him I eat pretty healthy )says oh you must having been eating alot of carbs or donuts to get to where you are and I can see him looking at my tummy role. I felt more angry at myself and frustrated because I know I am basically a healhty eater I do not live at Mcdonalds. so subcounsiously I added that in to avoid the gym all week. another excuse .."sigh"

That trainer at the gym needs to learn how to talk to people! That was uncalled for. Don't let it keep you from going there. You gotta do what's good for YOU! Congrats on the new clothes size!
