I went to the gym last night for my trainer session...my trainer is moving, and so he can't train me any longer...oh well. I'm motivated enough to work out on my own! That will save $240 a month anyways! I had another great workout last night. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 25 on the treadmill, 15 on the stairmaster, then 45 minutes of strength training. I'm so sore today! yay!
I'm having one of those dreaded hungry days today. My first mistake was having Kashi puffs for breakfast. Only about 70 calories, plus half a cup of 1% milk. So for my first snack I'm having some cottage cheese with fresh fruit and Xylitol - yummy! Hopefully, this hungry feeling will pass! I'm not going to the gym today, I'm going running instead. It's way too nice to be stuck inside!
