I went to the gym last night for my trainer session...my trainer is moving, and so he can't train me any longer...oh well. I'm motivated enough to work out on my own! That will save $240 a month anyways! I had another great workout last night. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 25 on the treadmill, 15 on the stairmaster, then 45 minutes of strength training. I'm so sore today! yay!

I'm having one of those dreaded hungry days today. My first mistake was having Kashi puffs for breakfast. Only about 70 calories, plus half a cup of 1% milk. So for my first snack I'm having some cottage cheese with fresh fruit and Xylitol - yummy! Hopefully, this hungry feeling will pass! I'm not going to the gym today, I'm going running instead. It's way too nice to be stuck inside!

Excellent on the exercise... once again! I hate the hungry days. Have a salad or some veggie soup to tide you over. Have something with fiber and/or protein. You can get through it! Good luck on your run. Have a Fantastic Friday!

Great that you are motivated enough to go it alone now and save money doing it yourself. I like the veggie soup idea! I envy you the nice weather, we did have a couple nice days but it turned windy and cold again. Yep, thats a pretty awesome looking chart yu got going there! good job!

You've been doing awesome! I just can't seem to get back in the exercise mood. I need to just hit it and get back into the groove, but can't find the motivation. Sounds like you're doing great; keep it up!
