Regrouping after a workcation where little to no tracking was done. Tsk! Tsk!
Today was first day of exercise and first day on a new month of monthly goals. I weigh and measure 8/10, 8/20, and 8/30.

STRUGGLE: Lack of control when sweets and plenty of junk are around. Focusing on resisting temptation and keep my mind and focus on the overall goal.

GOAL: Read/watch a positive message/inspiration story on a tip about keeping one's focus. Food journal daily. Reduce processed sugar intake.

DAILY: Read these affirmations and know that my body shape is unique to me and do not compare myself and my shape to others.

CHANGE ONE THING: Continue washing 1 load of clothes first thing in the morning and hang them out to dry, including putting up dry clothes from previous day. Complete the cycle.
