well I've stopprd losing weight all of a sudden,,,,not sure what to do. tRYING NOT TO GET DISCOURAGED.

Hang in there and stick to it, plateaus happen but can be worked through.

There was someone on this site this morning who had been at the same weight for like two weeks. she pushed through it and started losing again. You need to stay on track and be consistent. Google "plateaus" and ways to get the scale moving again. It may be to kick up your exercise plan, change up your foods, up your protein and fiber, etc. There are many ways to get the scale moving. Be proactive and do some research, then get moving. We all experience it sometimes.
