The new number of the scale made me happy to day. I am quite sure I will see it go back the other way tomorrow, you can't really lose 1lb a day! I found a cheese at my local shop this morning I thought I would try. YUM! Here's a shout out to Spain. I don't think I've ever had it before, I don't know the name and I'm wondering if you guys have ever heard of it? There must be a million cheeses out there.
