After a solid 10 hour sleep, the water retention was starting to let go. I had a good day of OMAD(a mixed salad and some smoked salmon) and a small snack of Gruyere, a Hard Boiled Egg and 2 Tablespoons of Hummus.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
