*THIS IS BACKDATED TO AUGUST 2 255LB* After a solid 10 hour sleep, the water retention was starting to let go. I had a good day of OMAD(a mixed salad and some smoked salmon) and a small snack of Gruyere, a Hard Boiled Egg and 2 Tablespoons of Hummus.
