Hi, what's going on? You seem like a fun loving person from your picture. What kind of diet are you on? I just count calories, watch fat and try to eat healthy.

I'm doing exactally what you're doing. Just starting to eat right, not eat whatever I want whenever I want:-) I am reading Dr. Oz's book "You:..." and that's been really, really good.

It helps me a lot to figure out acceptable ways to have the things I love, in a lower calorie way. Tonight I had Banana Split Ice Cream: 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, two fudgsicle, chopped up, with about 8 tbs of Cool whip Free(kind of a lot, but I wanted it to be creamy!) I put it back in the freezer for an hour to let the cool whip refreeze. I topped it with a drizzle of my own defatted peanut butter concoction(PB blended with water, butterscotch pudding mix and sugar free maple syrup, 1/3 the fat of plain PB) and a tablespoon of strawberry preserves. After an hour or two in the freezer, I let it thaw for about five minutes, then enjoyed my almost fat free creation! I guess the whole thing was about 270 calories, which sounds like a lot but when you consider that it made a big bowl of really good ice cream, really more like two servings, but I had the calories to spend..and it DID taste like ice cream! I swear it did. That's not bad, it had hardly any fat.
