You probably woke up more dehydrated this morning. Find I get more accurate readings after having a drink. Then look at the Water% number. When I get to a similar Water% as yesterday, the other numbers make more sense.

I checked my note of body water percentage on August 1st. It was 54.5% and 53.6% on August 2nd. Yes, you are right ! I have been wondering why when the percentage of body water is low, the percentage of fat is high.
On August 1st, workers came and they fixed our kitchen and bathroom so that I did not drink water much. Because I did not want to go to the bathroom many times. So I did not drink enough water on that day. I also don’t like to use public bathroom. When I go somewhere all day, my fat percentage is high next morning.
