:) Happy birthday to me. I made it through another year. I'm excited that I weigh 52 pounds less than I did on my last birthday! Hopefully by my next birthday I weigh another 50 pounds less. I'm going to try and not go overboard when we go to the fair. We're going tonight just the hubby and I (we haven't been, just us 2, in over 8 years) and we're going tomorrow all day with our boys and my nephew. I want to enjoy a few things I do every year but I don't want to overdo it. I don't want to gain weight... It's just not worth it. Like tonight, instead of getting a gyro all for myself the Mr. and I are going to share it. My fair must-haves are a gyro, a cajun chicken on a stick and I want to try the bacon-wrapped corndog that's new this year... Hopefully the Mr. will share all these with me so I don't eat it all by myself.

On a gross note - as keld would say :) I haven't had a touchdown in a few days :D I'm always constipated. I've been trying my hardest to drink lots more water. I'm also in the process (again) of cutting out caffeine. Still nothing... So I got some fiber pills to start taking. Hopefully that will help. Come on touchdown!!!!

My friendly suggestion is to increase your natural fiber! They say a we need a minimum of 25g per day and I shoot for 28+ every day. Eat fresh blackberries, strawberries, aspragus, broccoli, sweet potato - all high fiber fruits and veggies. And, you could eat Bran Buds mixed into yogurt or on top of fruit to give it a crunch. Also watching processed foods helps, too. Drinking 120 oz of water daily can help, too.

Happy Birthday! Have fun at the fair. My mom always recommended a walk around the block and a glass of water plus a little patience always helps with the touchdown. :)
