Going well and feeling great. Did not think I would lose weight yesterday. I have taken the first step in increasing my calories and I am now losing weight on increased calories which is good. I was supposed to hit the gym but I was too tired so went to sleep. Turns out that was the best possible thing I could do. I feel so much better. So the challenge for me now is losing 800g by Monday morning. Another weekend challenge. I will probably go to the Gym 5 times by then then rest for 4 days after. Seems to be working for me as my recovery seems to be slow. I need more rest to reduce cortisol. Also I am now adjusting time I eat my almonds to after lunch rather than the morning so that I can try and keep my body in Keto for longer but I will still have high protein in the morning as well as tea and not skip the meal. I will just keep it strictly low to zero carb until after lunch.
