I was so tired of these low blood sugars this past week. i finally decided that one way or another I eas going to plan to est too much to day. i left the hospital for awhile tonight and pigged out at Cracker Barrel. I had trout, corn bread muffin with butter, kale and pecan salad and cooked baby carrots. Maybe this will hurt Monday's weight and. maybe not. I waddled out the feeling overly stuffed but I don't care, nit like I do this all the time. a little proud that I didn't ask for the dessert menu. I way over ate but I don't feel remorse or guilt. At least I know I won't be rushing around tonight or in the morning feeling sick with low sugar or angry at whst I did. Not going to have to ask a nurse got something for me tom stop the low. Feel like I can sleep well tonight. Tomorrow I will do a start over. you can't do a lot of start overs in life but diets were designed for the occasional start over.
