Well I didn't keep track of my bogus weekend but something is starting to work again:-) I'm finally below 140.... Not by much but it's a tippy toe in the right direction anyway! Now if I can just keep my cravings/stress eating under control Ill lose the rest this without much fuss....
Sidenote: I did get a couple walks in last week so that may have helped a little. With my fibro as flared as it is its hard to wanna do anything but I hate making poor Amilya b stuck inside day after day so we did get out, even if just for a short while :-)

139.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
