I started out at 280. I decided to make a change after breaking my ankle at work over something so simole. I had emergency gall bladder removal right after Thanksgiving last year. Something had to change. i lost 23 pounds in a month and a half by cutting calories and eating healthy while doing light exercises. Once I eas able to walk again, I started gaining muscle weight. For the last week, I increased calories by. 300 a day and have been losing half a pound a day! I hope to lose another 20 by Christmas. It is hard to get over a plateau.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
