Ugh. I am on vacation this week, which is great. But it also has been difficult sticking to my diet while my family eats whatever they want. I went over my calories 2 days in a row. Hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow since Insat down tonight and prepared my portioned meal s for.tomorrow.
