Tonight was a trip to Whole Foods. I bought one of their Garden Salads again, even though I knew the Ranch Dressing had - Canola Oil, Organic Sugar and Modified Food Starch (MSG) - all no-nos. It's just nuts to me to look at a salad and say "Nope - Bad for Me!", I'm not quite there yet. I also bought the packaged Kale Chips made by Solar Raw Foods - Canadian :) The ingredients look pretty damn good! I couldn't find them in the food app, in fact, apart from the 365 brand, absolutely none of the other brands match up with what I buy in Canada!! The cards listed are too high compared to what my package reads.
