Day 3 of Egg Fast
8 eggs, 6 tablespoons of butter, 197 grams of cheese mixed between stilton and cheddar. Water with lemon juice and 1 coffee.
I'm continuing onto day 4. I had thought that I might have a day of fasting today - mainly due to an egg shortage - but my sister-in-law is coming over so we'll be able to nip out for some eggs.

I'm still enjoying them - haven't moved on from plain scrambled eggs yet Gaelicgal. My blood sugar is still higher than I like Phooka, but it's still non diabetic so I'm not really worried.

I am finding this egg fast sooo educational. Just 'soaking it all in' for now. I'm just worried I will get triggered and go on a carb binge. Well, I will only know if I try. I need to hit my goal weight first...
