It's ok to get frustrated, angry, disappointed but never ok to give up. Everything takes time, you have done well, it's a process and like all processes it will take time. Give yourself a pat on the back, you've done so well and will continue to do well. Keep on pushing, every step forward counts.

we all get frustrated from time to time, we all hit that wall or hit that flat spot where it seems like nothing will ever happen. you will get through this.
