So.... I’m going to change my goal weight to probably 148. 145 is gonna be really rough, my body would readily stay at 162 if I’d let it. I’m continuing to gain muscle and burn fat, so what I look like at 148 won’t be what I ever did before, because the only other time I have been there is with a raging case of food addiction and eating disorder.
Never once have I said gee I’m so hungry but I have to lose weight. Not one single time have I used purging or exercise to lose what I ate. Counting calories and daily exercise have changed my life, I’m the happiest I have ever been, and I wanna share with the world what Fatsecret has done for me.
This community has been there for me, encouraging me, making me laugh and pushing me to not quit. I’m so glad I found you all.
