Good Tuesday morning! It finally feels cooler. Despite all the weather ppl insisting it was cool and comfortable yesterday, it was not. I was crabby and snacky until 11 pm. Today is a new day.

I am going to walk the dog early. She hasn't had a lot of exercise in the heat, and she is starting to be a pill (but an adorable one). Then t25 core cardio. Either helga or yard work.

I have a whole bunch of personal business crap that has been piling up that i need to deal with. Just easing in with my iced coffee. Hope everyone has a great day!
