I'm going further than I have in years! In the past I would lose 5 to 8 pounds, and immediately go back to the old way of doing things. The inches and pounds are starting to disappear...
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
