Dragon Goddess's Journal, 14 July 2018

Woke up feeling really good again today. I got A lot of work done and had some fun doing it although I did not get everything done I wanted to do for the pain in my lower back started up again as well as the bursitis in my hips. I will try to do some more tomorrow But if I am still hurting I may just take A rest day and stick to really light activity.
