Had a delicious Halo Top for lunch while I suntanned with DH, after painting a module since 6am. Seemed like a great idea. It was Lemon Cake flavored, 1 pint, ate the whole thing, 240 calories or something. It’s sweetened with Stevia, and made with skim milk & is high in protein, so everything I do for this WOE. We’re going to start making shakes out of Halo Top- exciting! I have to buy a blender first. Suggestions? Remember, I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan, so we’re limited to shopko and Walmart

Ive been using a ninja for about 7 years. It’s like a food processor but not. The blades are insanely sharp. I use to make icees with it. Not sharp enough anymore but 1000 time better than the $70 blender I bought. I bought it at Walmart

I live in lower michigan......Look for nutri bullet blender or something of similar size. I use it daily for protein shakes, smoothies....small and compact, makes a 8 to 10 oz glass....perfect individual portion controlled size. Easy clean up, drop of dish soap and rinse. Example I use 3 cubes of ice, strawberries, blueberries, .5 banana, baby spinach leaf (2), walnuts, skim milk.....blends nice thick, ice cold and ready to drink. good luck finding a blender ----my is small compact version, there is larger one as well. I find the smaller one helps maintain my portions properly.
