ketosis is still low at 7mg/dL
150.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What type of fasting?

I started with Dry Fasting, then few days water fasting....now I drink decaf coffees or water with a bit of lemon juice. That's all I have

Don’t do that I did it when I was younger and now have problem follow weight watcher the best my doctor said. Fasting you will lose water but not fat so after you eat normal again it all come back with vengeance.
