Well.....today is probably my worse day since starting in January.
Yesterday....was so-so. I am going to my brother's tomorrow and not really looking forward to seeing my sister in law or niece.
So, I know what is going on....but I still can't control my emotional roller coaster. So.....I have given in.
I really need Gods help here....I have given my all and have succeeded with exercise..although next week I need to bump that up also.
I am down from 18W to regular 16. I am very proud of myself...and I will get back on the band wagon....it's important to ME.
