I finally got past not going off Keto WOE for the 1st Friday & Saturday in 2 months! Im so happy about this! I have a lot of pressure from my family to not do Keto. Anyone else? My husband swears I’m going to have a heart attack from coconut oil. I know he is just concerned, but I have to make meals where no one sees. Booo..

You can get them at most major grocery stores (Publix, Sprouts, Whole Foods). They are usually in the refrigerated vegetable section near the tofu and vegetarian “meat” section.

Ohhhh! Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to try these. I usually use spaghetti squash, need to mix things up once a awhile.

What sauce did you use for this meal?

I made the sauce using butter, heavy cream, parmesan, egg yolk, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper. It was glorious! I’m going to add mushrooms next time.
