What the hell!!!?? I finally eat something other than a salad for dinner, but I worked in my yard for 2 hours....gained weight today! Not what I wanted to see today because I didn't drink ANY alcohol all week (that's a big deal for ME) and I was excited to have a nice cold beer tonight!!!

I'm still going to have one OR two!!! LOL...but darn it, I didn't like today's weigh in.

But...I'll keep chugging along (eating better and exercising) not chugging beer! Ha ha
