Diddlee's Journal, 26 June 2018

Feel kind of happy. Just came back from my earliest bike ride ever. The air was cool, and the deep dark was kind of existing and scary. It brought up 30 year old memories from when I was duck hunting in the early hours. Feel like getting an injection of youthfulness.

Also reflect on that the new scale said I've become 7 years younger metabolically since I got them around 10 days ago.

My weight go up in crazy numbers, but I do not care. I feel well guided. Suspect I for a long time have been severely salt depleted. Will find out over the next few days.

Happy day to you who may see this.

Eat_les Thanks. On reflection, I get a perspective of that obesity is caused by deficiencies. Now after doing 30 grams extra salt yesterday, and so far 20 grams extra today, my appetite is rock bottom low. Not sure yet, but it is tempting to think that my previous appetite was caused by a need for minerals. Unclear at this point, but hope it will become more clear during this week.

I agree mineral and vitamin deficiencies cause obesity and many other health related problems, our USA soil is depleted of many minerals. Salt deficiency is nothing new in Ohio and Michigan, I had a serious iodine deficiency myself and children. I use pink Himalayan salt now and in generous amounts, as well as sea salt. There are links to iodine deficiency and autism, and the list goes on to other health issues it causes. So I 110% agree with you. Glad you are able to read what your body needs!
