Going back to IF again to help with my cut. Fasted for 18 hours, then strength-train for an hour. Now enjoying my post workout OMAD meal approximately 1500 calories - Macro 140C / 120P / 60F

nice good luck bro. its interesting to see someone with similar physical attributes as me going in a completely different direction. im new to this so it would be cool if we can compare progress in a few months. i cant wait to go back to omad. lean bulking is like a full time job.

Lol yeah we're in completely in opposite direction with one goal in mind. I'm going down to my leanest until mid-September, and then will pick up my pace on lean-bulk again. I did my lean-bulk for less than 4 months which is kinda short, so next season will be a 6-7 month training, hoping for a better physique and strength gain overall.
