August 1st - The day I reached my goal weight!
However, I'm not all that excited about it. I haven't worked out in about 9 days. I am honestly just extremely exhausted. I want to sleep all the time! I am scheduled to circuit train this afternoon with a co-worker and our trainer. I can not back out! I feel like this exhaustion is making me frail. Maybe that isn't the right word for it. Let's just say that I have a visual of myself trying to do a pushup and falling flat on my face while snoring and drooling. It is not a pretty sight.
I must take advantage of my down time this weekend and not go 100 mph like last weekend. I have a couple open houses to see and a farmers market to graze, but other than that I have no plans and I think I am going to keep it that way.
All in all, yay for reaching my goal, but boo for part of it probably being caused by losing muscle this last week and a half. Hopefully today's workout will give me the energy to keep going with it and find the balance that will make me truly happy to be at this goal :)
